Benefits of the Dumbbell Woodchopper Lunge

The dumbbell woodchopper lunge is one of my favourite full body exercise moves. It works the chest and shoulders by lifting the dumb bell, the lower body with the lunges, the core due to the controlled twisting and then the core because so much balance and stabilization is needed with such a massive move.
